No Call, No Nights, 8 weeks Vacay, CRNA in Virginia

Opportunity Highlights:

1. No CALL and No NIGHTS, 8 weeks vacation
2. $230K-$250K base with $40K sign-on
3. $30K pre-employment stipend, given at $2500/mth for 12 mths prior to start date -SRNAs
4. $175/hr Excess hours
5. $15K annual attainment of goals-based incentive
6. Offer 8-, 10-, & 12-Hr shifts; work one scheduled weekend every 2 months (12 shifts annually).
7. 3:1 Supervision/direction of CRNAs
8. Case mix at 2 hospitals 5 miles apart
9. Up to $15,000 in relocation

• Case mix at two hospitals (Expected to provide some coverage at both facilities, hospitals are 4 miles apart):
  • Virginia Baptist: General- mostly bread and butter ambulatory cases, plastics, urology, GYN, peds dental, OB coverage, ophthamology, and ECTs.
  • Lynchburg General: Level 2 trauma center covering general surgery, interventional cardiology, neurosurgery, vascular, ENT, bariatric surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and electrophysiology procedures.
