No Call, No Nights, CRNA Job in the Blue Ridge Mountains

Opportunity Highlights:

1. No CALL and No NIGHTS
2. $230K-$250K base with $40K sign on
3. $175/hr Excess hours
4. $10K annual attainment of goals-based incentive
5. Offer 8-, 10-, & 12-Hr shifts; work one weekend/mth
6. 3:1 Supervision/direction of CRNAs
7. Case mix at 2 hospitals 5 miles apart

• Strong relationship with our surgeons. Our surgeons appreciate the Anesthesia team’s skill set and expertise, which create an excellent work environment. Truly a team-based model.
• 3:1 supervision/direction of CRNAs
• Case mix at two hospitals (Expected to provide some coverage at both facilities, hospitals are 4 miles apart):
• Virginia Baptist: General, plastics, urology, GYN, peds dental, mostly bread and butter cases, plus heavy OB coverage. 2700 deliveries were performed by group last year.
• Lynchburg General: No OB, but will do general, cardiac, thoracic, neuro, cath lab, ortho, and trauma.
