Practice Overview
- Volume: 30 encounters/day clinic, 2-3 surgeries/OR day
- Service Area: Gem County (~18,000 population)
- Growth Potential: Capturing patients traveling to Boise
Schedule
- Clinical: 2.5 days/week outpatient
- OR: 2 days/week surgical
- Admin: 0.5 day/week
- Flexibility: Open to 4-day work week
- Call: None required
- Hours: 8-hour days, flexible scheduling

Compensation Package
- Total Target: $709,000+ annually
- Year 1: $618,000
- Base Salary: $520,000
- Medical Director Stipend: $48,000
- Signing/Retention Bonus: $50,000 (50% at signing, 50% at start)
- Production Incentives: wRVU-based $61.45 tier 1, $69.98 tier 2
