## Key Highlights

• Total Compensation: $709,000+ annually (Year 1: $618,000 base + incentives)

• Signing Bonus: $50,000 (50% at signing, 50% at start)

• Work Schedule: 2.5 clinic days, 2 OR days per week (4-day work week negotiable)

• Technology: Brand new Velas robotic surgery system

• Location: 30 minutes from Boise with small-town lifestyle

## Clinical Responsibilities

General orthopedic surgery including:

• Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacements (robotic-assisted)

• Arthroscopic procedures (knee, shoulder, ankle)

• Carpal tunnel release and hand procedures

• Injections and trigger point therapy

• Non-surgical treatment options for chronic conditions

• No spine surgery required

## Practice Details

• Volume: 30 clinic encounters per day, 2-3 surgeries per OR day

• Support: Comprehensive OR team (~8 personnel) including 2 full-time CRNAs, experienced OR nurses and surgical techs

• Facility: 16-bed Critical Access Hospital with full surgical capabilities, 128-slice CT, MRI, ultrasound, and on-site lab

• Leadership Role: Medical Director position with $48,000 annual stipend

## Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited institution

• Completed orthopedic surgery residency

• Board-certified or board-eligible by American Board of Orthopedic Surgery

• Current or obtainable Idaho medical license

• DEA and Idaho Pharmacy licensure

• BLS and ACLS certification

• 4+ years post-residency experience preferred
