Practice Setting
- Inpatient-only; no clinic or outpatient responsibilities
- Level I nursery with peds and anesthesia in-house
- Hospital support staff only; no midwives
- Average of 3 patients on service daily
Schedule
- 24-hour shifts, ending by 6 AM next day
- Work PRN-style; you choose the dates
- Ongoing monthly openings available
Cases and Procedures
- Rounding, OB consults, and deliveries
- VBACs included
- Forceps and family planning consults optional, not required
Requirements
- Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active North Carolina license
- BLS and DEA required
Travel Accommodations
- Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage fully covered
