Practice Setting

• Inpatient-only unit with Level I nursery
• Pediatricians and anesthesia on site
• No midwives; hospital staff only
• Charting via Epic and OBIX

Schedule

• 24-hour shifts ending by 6 a.m.
• Monthly shift selection based on your availability
• Multiple grouped shifts offered for efficient travel

Cases and Procedures

• Deliveries, including VBACs
• OB consults, rounding, family planning consults
• No abortion services or outpatient follow-up
• Forceps use optional

Requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active North Carolina license required
• BLS and DEA certifications

Travel Accommodations

• Airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage all covered
