A Practice Setting You 'll Love:
- Employed position within a private practice across multiple, dedicated locations (you'll be based at one site, no travel between).
- Outpatient clinic-based setting with a perfect blend of clinic and surgical days.
- Strong payor mix: approximately 60% Medicare and 40% Commercial.
- General ophthalmology focus – ideal for cataract specialists, with additional glaucoma cases available.
Your Balanced Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM – enjoy your nights and weekends!
- Flexible accommodations for a 4.5-day workweek are possible.
- Dedicated surgery day, all performed conveniently within the same building.
Lucrative Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary ranging from $400,000 to $475,000, plus a robust 30% collections sharing.
