This role offers an immediate patient panel, a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, and the chance to tailor your practice with cataract and glaucoma cases while enjoying the rewards of a supportive, efficient work environment.

- Flexible Lifestyle Schedule: Standard 8 AM–5 PM weekdays, with the option for a 4.5-day work week

- High-Earning Potential: Guaranteed base salary of $400K–$475K with 30% collections sharing for total earnings well above market

** Candidate Requirements**
- MD/DO with completion of ophthalmology residency
- Board certification or eligibility required
- Training or interest in cataract and/or glaucoma management encouraged
