We offer a patient-centered, multi-specialty model, providing a truly collaborative and fully integrated healthcare environment with a clear path to partnership.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-spectrum Primary Care for adult and geriatric patients, including a limited adolescent population.
• Become part of a thriving team of over 120 providers, featuring 46 Primary Care Physicians and 10 APPs.
• Convenient on-site ancillary services: X-ray, MRI, CT, Lab, Ultrasound, and more.
• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, to support your work-life balance.
• Light 1:8 call rotation with minimal consultative phone call only.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Two-year guaranteed base salary with additional productivity bonuses available.
• Partnership opportunity with minimal buy-in and significant income potential of $500,000–$600,000.
• $30,000 signing bonus.
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, critical care, 401(k) with match, and occurrence-based malpractice coverage.
• Generous PTO, CME time, and CME allowance.

Candidate Profile:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Open to both practicing physicians and new graduates (2025–2026).
