Primary Care Physician Opportunity | Partnership Track in Buffalo, NY

Join one of New York State’s largest and most respected physician-directed group practices as we continue to expand our Primary Care team. With a patient-centered, multi-specialty model, we offer a collaborative, fully integrated healthcare environment and a clear path to partnership.

Position Highlights:

• Full-spectrum Primary Care for adult and geriatric patients, with a limited adolescent population
• Join a thriving team of 120+ providers, including 46 Primary Care Physicians and 10 APPs
• On-site ancillary services: X-ray, MRI, CT, Lab, Ultrasound, and more
• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Light 1:8 call rotation — consultative phone call only

Compensation & Benefits:

• Two-year guaranteed base salary with productivity bonuses available
• Partnership opportunity with minimal buy-in and income potential of $500,000–$600,000
• $30,000 signing bonus

• Generous PTO, CME time, and CME allowance

Candidate Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Open to practicing physicians and new graduates (2025–2026)
