Practice Overview
- Join a team of 14 physicians in a medically focused, referral-driven practice
- Handle a high surgical volume with up to 50 cases per week
- Work in 2–3 office locations and a physician-owned ASC with multiple ORs
- Enjoy strong co-management with optometrists and an OD-friendly culture
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5 clinic days per week with OR time 2–5 days, based on your preference
- Flexible surgical scheduling with blocked time available
- Minimal pediatric volume, focusing on an older, surgical patient base
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $450,000 - $500,000 depending on experience
- Employed position with a 1-year income guarantee, followed by percentage of collections
- Production incentives generally around 35%
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance
- Vacation and CME time, with relocation assistance and signing bonus considered
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with fellowship training in cornea and external disease
- Open to residents, fellows, and experienced physicians (no visa sponsorship)
- Strong surgical judgment and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a positive contribution to practice culture
