Practice Overview

• Join a team of 14 physicians in a medically focused, referral-driven practice
• Handle a high surgical volume with up to 50 cases per week
• Work in 2–3 office locations and a physician-owned ASC with multiple ORs
• Enjoy strong co-management with optometrists and an OD-friendly culture

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5 clinic days per week with OR time 2–5 days, based on your preference
• Flexible surgical scheduling with blocked time available
• Minimal pediatric volume, focusing on an older, surgical patient base

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary $450,000 - $500,000 depending on experience
• Employed position with a 1-year income guarantee, followed by percentage of collections
• Production incentives generally around 35%
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance
• Vacation and CME time, with relocation assistance and signing bonus considered

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO with fellowship training in cornea and external disease
• Open to residents, fellows, and experienced physicians (no visa sponsorship)
• Strong surgical judgment and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a positive contribution to practice culture
