** Practice Setting**

• Outpatient surgical center with 8–11 ORs
• 2 inpatient and 2 outpatient GI procedure rooms
• Team of 9 anesthesiologists and 2 CRNAs
• High surgical case volume across multiple specialties

Schedule

• Monday–Friday surgical hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Weekday call: 2 nights/week
• Weekend call: every other to every third weekend
• Post-call day off sometimes available
• Full-time preferred; 2-week-per-month options considered

** Procedures and Cases**

• Cardiac (physician-only), Neuro, Ortho, Plastics, Spine
• OB, Urology, GYN, Pulmonary, GI, IR, EP, Cath Lab
• Mix of direct performance and CRNA supervision

** Requirements**

• Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology (within 5 years)
• ACLS and DEA required
• Wisconsin license required (open to IMLC candidates)

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing takes 60–90 days
• No interview required to move forward

** Travel accommodations**

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
