** Practice Setting**
- Outpatient clinical setting
- High-volume surgical center
- 8–11 ORs active daily, including block rooms
- 2 inpatient and 2 outpatient GI procedure rooms
** Schedule**

Monday–Friday surgical schedule
- Weekend call coverage required
- Weekday call is two days per week
- Weekend call is every other to every third weekend

Surgical hours are 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
** Procedures and Cases**
- Cardiac (physician-only), Neuro, and General Surgery
- OB, Urology, GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, and Spine
- IR, EP, GI, Cath Lab, and Pulmonary
- 90% physician-performed cases
** Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology (within 5 years)
- ACLS and DEA required
- WI license required
** Travel and Lodging**
- Travel and lodging accommodations are provided
