• Clinic appointments, scheduled surgeries, weekday call, and 24-hour weekend call
• Call obligation 10 days per month with 1-hour daily rounding
• Clinic volume 15 - 20 patients per day
• 75% outpatient, 25% inpatient with 2 - 3 daily admits average
• Bread and butter general surgery with upper and lower endoscopy
• Primarily adult population with less than 5% pediatric patients
