Position Highlights

• Schedule Options: * Option 1: M–F with Call | Includes 8 weeks PTO * Option 2: M–F No Call / No Weekends / No Holidays | Includes 8 weeks PTO * Option 3: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off | Block model (160 hrs / 14 days), no call on off weeks, no relocation required
• Compensation: * General Anesthesia: $572,000 base pay + $100,000 sign-on bonus * Cardiac Anesthesia: $632,000 base pay + $100,000 sign-on bonus * Incentives: Student loan assistance available + full health, dental, and retirement benefits
• Daily Work Flow: * Mix of running personal cases and supervising CRNAs (1:4 ratio) * Average of 4–5 cases per day with no teaching components required
