We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner in Bryan-College Station, TX

We are seeking a PT Nurse Practitioner to join Trumen Physicians and Associates. Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain a working relationship with facility administration
• Effectively develop relationships with SNF Administrative and Clinical Teams
• Act as a liaison between the SNF and Trumen Physicians
• Assist and Track Patients in Trumen Value Based Programs

Requirements Include:

• Must have a minimum of one year experience working as a Nurse Practitioner preferably in a Post-Acute Care setting.
