Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Solo MD on-site with support staff

Schedule

• 8a-5p clinic and procedural days
• Only 10 days per month — flexible around your calendar
• On-call with 15-minute response time
• Block scheduling available if preferred

Procedures and Cases

• General Urology — bread & butter cases
• Office-based cystoscopy required
• OR procedures included
• Ambulatory clinic, emergent hospital support

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active IL license or IMLC LOQ
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing takes ~90 days
• Start as early as July 2025
