Requirements Bassett Medical Center - Cooperstown, NY 2 CRNAs Needed Start Date: 12/22/25 (pending credentialing) End Date: Ongoing Board Certification: Required (AANA) Trauma Level: Shift Times: Days. 8, 10, 12-hour shifts are options. (Prefer candidates with 4/5 days of availability per week) On Call: No Average Number of Patients/Cases: Average 4 cases per day, depending on shift length. Case Mix: General, ortho, plastics, vascular, gyn, healthy pediatrics. Robotic cases, hybrid OR. Patient Population: Diverse, ASA 1-5 APP Coverage: OR Staff Physician Coverage: Anesthesiologists Required Procedures: Intubation, IV insertion, arterial line, central venous line, spinal anesthesia EMR Equipment: EPIC Credentialing Timeline: 60 to 120 days
