Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 7a-6p (one day will be 8a-7p)
- No call
** Requirements**
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- BLS and DEA certifications required
- Indiana medical license
- Minimum of 36 months of experience
