Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Georgia - No Call, Flexible Schedule

Locums OB Hospitalist coverage is available in Georgia with all shifts on site and no call. This is inpatient, adult-only OB/GYN coverage with full spectrum obstetrics and consult responsibilities.

Highlights

• No call, all shifts are fully on site.
• Ongoing PRN coverage, Monday through Sunday coverage needs.
• Full spectrum OB/GYN, including deliveries and consults, with GYN surgery optional.
• Open to IMLC Physicians with an active LOQ.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient OB/GYN floor coverage.
• Adult-only patient population.
• Clinical work includes ER and floor consults.
• In-house Nurse Midwives, full specialty support available.

Schedule

• Ongoing PRN coverage, Monday through Sunday.
• 12 hour day shifts on site and 12 hour night shifts on site.
• Some coverage structured as 24 hour shifts, including consecutive 12 hour shifts.
• No call requirements.

Cases and Procedures

• Full spectrum obstetrics, vaginal deliveries, operative vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections.
• Circumcisions required.
• Laparoscopy experience required, case log requirements apply.
• GYN surgery optional.

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO.
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Georgia license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only.
• DEA required.
