Are you a Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Specialist seeking an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving practice on the beautiful central California Coast? We have an excellent opening for an additional MFM Specialist to join their well-established team in Santa Barbara, California!

This is a consultative-only practice with a single office location, providing a focused and efficient work environment. You'll be based out of a state-of-the-art 400-bed Level-I Trauma Center, which boasts a Level-III NICU and a helicopter transport service, ensuring you're part of a comprehensive and advanced care system.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic with strong clinical skills in both inpatient and outpatient Perinatology, as well as strong sonography and prenatal diagnostic skills. This is crucial as the role requires comfort with performing your own scans due to limited sonographer support. The group performs a full range of prenatal diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, amniocentesis, CVS, and fetal echocardiography. You'll also enjoy a collaborative environment, working closely with OB Hospitalists.

You'll join a small, fully staffed group of 2.5 MFMs, working Monday through Friday with days in the office. On-call duties are every third night and are mostly phone coverage, ensuring a good work-life balance. For those interested in academic pursuits, research opportunities exist through an affiliation with the University of California Santa Barbara.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MFM Specialist to join our team.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine subspecialty (within 0-5 years from residency completion).
• Completion of MFM Fellowship (to be completed prior to start date).
• California License (or willing to obtain).
• Inpatient and outpatient Perinatology experience
• Comfortable performing ultrasounds/sonography independently
