Orthopedic Surgeons needed in Mason City, IA

Synergy Health Partners is seeking Orthopedic Surgeons with strong skills to join our new acute care team working at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa.

Job Details:

• Acute care program
• Work 7-10 days a month and enjoy real time off
• Competitive per diem compensation
• Housing provided
• Medical malpractice is provided
• 1-2 years experience required
• Supportive and collaborative teamwork environment
• Work with a company created by and for surgeons
• Active IA medical license is a plus

Facility Details:

• Level III Trauma Center
• EMR Transitioning to Epic in May 2026
• Nearest airports: United Express has daily flights to Mason City Municipal Airport (MCW) from ORD. Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP) is 130 mile and Des Moines (DSM) is 143 miles.
