A 70+ bed, very high-tech community hospital just 20 minutes outside Indianapolis is seeking a Director of Pulmonology to build out a new team with a long-standing patient population. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with primarily pulmonary care and light PCC responsibilities—allowing you to maintain your skills and build a practice the best way you see fit - all while living in one of the nation's top-rated communities for families.

Position Highlights:
-70+ bed hospital with a 23-bed ICU
-Light critical care load: typically 1–2 vented patients per month
-Flexible hours with strong work-life balance
-Onsite call burden is low thanks to a strong hospitalist team
-Advanced technology, including robotic bronchoscopy
-New physician has potential to also practice doing some Sleep Disorders
