Requirements
- Active Missouri medical license
- Minimum 24 months of practice experience
- Must hold ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
Credentialing Requirements
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Standard 30-90 day timeframe with temporary options
