• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours with call as needed
• Coverage: Full-time inpatient coverage
• Patient Volume: 30–40 per day
• Focus: Malignant Hematology (required)
• Skills: Medical oncology/solid tumor management and infusion coverage
• Support Staff: Nurses, pharmacists, APPs, and administrative support
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Size: 590 beds
• Board Certification: Hematology and/or Oncology (required)
• Licensure: Active MN license or IMLC eligible
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Standard: ~90 days with active license
• Expedited: Emergency privileges available for clean files
• Without license: Up to 120 days
