  • Job Summary:

    The Department of Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join our expanding academic team. This full-time faculty position offers a well-rounded mix of clinical practice, teaching, and scholarly activity within a collaborative and innovative academic medical center.

    You will work alongside an experienced and collegial group of faculty dedicated to advancing patient care, medical education, and dermatologic research, with the flexibility to tailor your clinical and academic interests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care to diverse patient populations.
    • Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
    • Engage in scholarly activities, including clinical research, quality improvement, and curriculum development.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners across the Froedtert & MCW health network to advance dermatologic care.
    • Contribute to departmental growth and excellence in both clinical and academic settings.

    Qualifications (Required):

    • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
    • Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency program.
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
    • Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure.
    • Demonstrated commitment to academic medicine, teaching, and/or scholarly activity.
    • Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

    Work Environment & Schedule:

    • Full-time faculty appointment based at Froedtert Hospital within MCW’s main academic medical campus.
    • Balanced schedule offering outpatient dermatology clinic sessions, teaching, and protected time for research or scholarly projects.
    • Opportunity to develop a clinical niche aligned with personal interests, such as complex medical dermatology, procedural dermatology, pediatric dermatology, or cutaneous oncology.
