Who You Are

  • MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
  • Completion of an Anesthesiology residency and a Cardiac Anesthesiology fellowship
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Eligible for West Virginia medical licensure
