Practice Details

• 24-physician group spanning General Cardiology, Interventional, Electrophysiology, and Vascular Surgery with 14 APPs and dedicated MA and RN support
• Procedures include devices and ablations across three clinics and two hospitals with dedicated EP labs and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities
• Lead extractions not required
• Private practice model with a clear focus on growth and long-term stability

Schedule

• Five-day workweek with a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Day-long single-location assignments to minimize travel
• General Cardiology call runs 2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend every other month with APP support

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $550,000+ with production incentives and a $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Partnership track at two years with no buy-in, transitioning to a production model
