Mariposa Community Health Center in Nogales, Arizona is excited to announce a new position for a Family Medicine Residency Director. This position will spearhead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Family Medicine Residency Program. In partnership with the Chief Medical Officer and other clinical and management staff. the candidate will develop programs to provide comprehensive clinical training to residents, ensuring alignment with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards. The Program Director will lead efforts to recruit and mentor faculty, create a robust and innovative curriculum, and develop clinical and community-based training experiences that prepare residents to excel in family medicine. The Program Director will also champion initiatives in healthy equity, population health, and interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring the program reflects the values and priorities of Mariposa Community Health Center.
Compensation Details
$250-300k
