Primary Care Locum Opportunity – Chicago, IL | MD or NP Welcome
Outpatient primary care clinic focused primarily on adult and senior patients (65+)
Collaborative care environment with support from Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Medical Assistants
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No call requirements
Fast credentialing – approximately 30 days
Manage common chronic conditions including **diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CHF, mild cognitive impairment, and coronary artery disease history
**
No procedures required
Opportunity to practice in a team-based outpatient setting in Chicago with a steady patient population and strong clinical support
