The Department of Family & Community Medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Primary Care Sports Medicine physician to join our growing dynamic group of Primary Care Sports Medicine faculty members who provide a wide spectrum of sports medicine patient care.
Responsibilities include outpatient sports medicine and family medicine patient care. Our sports medicine faculty members provide care across outpatient settings inclusive of musculoskeletal ultrasound with opportunities to be a team physician in professional, collegiate, and high school sports. We work closely with our Orthopedic Surgery colleagues both in clinical and academic pursuits.

Job Requirements
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program
- Completion of an accredited Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship
- Certificate of Added Qualification from an accredited Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship
- Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
- Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
