### Schedule

  • Balanced call model with 1:6 weekday phone-only call
  • 1:4 weekend morning call, with flexibility by site
  • Patient volumes tailored to physician preferences
  • Schedule designed to protect time outside of work

### Compensation & Benefits

  • Generous compensation structure
  • 33 days of paid time off plus 11 paid holidays
  • One week of CME with a $4,000 annual allowance
  • Malpractice coverage with tail included

### Candidate Requirements

  • Fellowship-trained and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Kentucky
  • Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient oncology care
  • Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills
