Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM
• No weekends or call obligations
• 16–18 patients per day
• Minimum 3-month commitment

Cases and Procedures

• No procedures required
• Focus on diabetes, hypertension, CHF, CAD, and cognitive concerns
• Chronic condition management in senior population

Requirements

• MD or DO, board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active South Carolina license required
• DEA and 12+ months of outpatient experience
• Spanish fluency highly preferred
