Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within your population focus
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans using evidence-based medicine
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate care
• Utilize integrated technology and clinical resources to support quality outcomes
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health efforts
• Contribute to the growth and development of Kaiser Permanente’s Nevada practice
Qualifications:
• Completion of a master’s or doctoral degree in a Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Nursing program approved by the Nevada State Board of Nursing
• Nurse Practitioner National Certification
• Ability to obtain Federal DEA registration
• Ability to obtain Nevada State Registered Nurse Medical License specifying NP role and population focus
• Education and certification congruent with the population focus of the position
• Foundational Family Medicine skill set required
