In this position you will provide interim coverage, including pre-employment and work-related physicals, workers comp patients, and some primary care. New and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Details:

  • 100% Outpatient clinic setting at Fond du Lac Regional Clinic

  • Labs, imaging, and specialty clinics onsite at [SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital][1]!

  • Employed opportunity with SSM Health
  • Schedule:

  • Locations are open clinic hours, Monday-Friday
  • NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
  • Opportunity to pick up at other locations throughout Wisconsin

  • Patient focused support staff at each location- dedicated MA available
  • EPIC & Systock EMRs

  • On-the-job training during orientation!

Your Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong time management skills
  • Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program
  • Ability to obtain PA licensure and DEA License in Wisconsin
  • Preferred certifications - can be obtained after the start of employment

  • Medical Examiner certification for DOT physicals
  • NIOSH
  • CAOHC (occupational health survey training)
