Outpatient Women’s Health | Monday–Friday Schedule | Supportive Team Environment

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with Women’s Health experience who is passionate about building meaningful patient relationships in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient practice – no hospital responsibilities
- Focus exclusively on women’s health services
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends
- No in-clinic holiday coverage
- Shared phone call responsibilities (approximately one week per month)
- Supportive, team-based environment with strong clinical resources
- Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive women’s health evaluations and preventive care visits
- Conduct annual well-woman exams and health screenings
- Manage contraception counseling and family planning services
- Evaluate and treat common gynecologic conditions
- Provide prenatal and postpartum support as appropriate
- Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Patient Volume
- Realistic daily schedule of 11–14 patients
- Gradual growth opportunities with a target of up to 25 patients per day
Qualifications
- Active California Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior Women’s Health experience strongly preferred
- Experience in OB/GYN, family medicine with a women’s health focus, or related specialties welcomed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
