Procedural Radiologist Opportunity in OH - Will license

Procedural Radiologist – Full-Time (IMLC Accepted | LOQ Required)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Location: OH

When not performing procedures or fluoroscopy, the physician will read from the general worklist to support inpatient, outpatient, and STAT studies.

• Required: General CT, General MRI, General X-ray, Interventional Radiology, and Fluoroscopy coverage
• Reading Workflow: Radiologists read old-to-new for each section (inpatients, outpatients, STATs) to ensure fair case distribution and avoid cherry-picking
• Variable case mix with a focus on inpatient and outpatient exams
• Daily volume: Approximately 50–70 cases per day
• ~50% cross-sectional when not performing procedures
• Radiologist expected to read between procedures as workflow allows

The position is more general diagnostic than IR-focused, averaging ~12 procedures and 10 fluoroscopy cases per week. Typical procedures include:

• Basic CT/US-guided procedures (abscess drainages, biopsies, chest tubes)
• Thyroid FNA, lumbar punctures, myelograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis
• Nephrostomy tube exchanges and placements, suprapubic catheter placements
• Lung, liver, and kidney biopsies
• PICC, port, and dialysis catheter placements
• All fluoroscopy exams
• PACS: AGFA EI
• Voice Recognition: Powerscribe 360
• EMR: EPIC
• Board-certified Radiologist (ABR or equivalent)
• Must present with two professional references
