Albany Urology Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join a high-performing, physician-led practice in Albany, Georgia. This is a rare opportunity to build a lucrative career with minimal local competition, surgical autonomy, and access to a physician-owned surgery center with robust ancillary services.

The practice is owned by two full-time Urologists and supported by four Advanced Practice Providers, along with a strong administrative and clinical support team.

Position Highlights:

• Base Salary: $400,000 annually, plus percentage of profit (does not include call pay)
• Partnership Track: After 2 years, Base Salary increases to $600,000
• Quarterly bonus compensation based on an equal share of ancillary profits + your production excess
• Call Schedule: One weekend and five weekdays per month
• Call Pay: Minimum of $4,375 per call week, with potential to increase based on volume

Surgery Center:

• On-site, state-of-the-art ASC
• Efficient scheduling and workflow
• Ownership opportunity available upon partnership

In-House Ancillary Services Include:

• Ultrasound, CT, Urodynamics, UroCuff
• In-Office Dispensing (IOD)
• Chronic Care Management (CCM)
• Buy & Bill Drug Sales
• Onsite Lab
