Practice Setting

• Large 500-bed hospital
• Supervised 4:1 care team model
• Coverage includes Indiana and nearby Kentucky hospitals

Schedule

• Choose from 3, 4, or 5 eight-hour shifts per week
• Common start times: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM
• Preferable days off: Monday, Friday, or midweek
• Enjoy flexibility — weekend-free, no call
• Long-term option to extend

Cases and Procedures

• Ortho, general surgery, endo, GYN, ENT
• No OB, peds, or cardiac
• EP available, complex cases optional

Requirements

• Active Indiana license (KY also preferred or willing to obtain)
• EPIC experience preferred
