Requirements Saint Alphonsus is seeking a locum NP to add to their pool to provide coverage starting as soon as credentialed. Provider must be able to work in 4-5 day stints at a minimum. Schedule: 24 hour call and rounding. Flexibility on scheduling is preferred.EMR: EPIC90 day credentialing timeframe
Must be NCC certified.Admits for Level II NICU rounding discharge high risk deliveries intubation UVC lines.Dates of Coverage: Can emergency privilege for available dates Sept 21st

Travel Requirements:Flights - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees
Lodging - 179/night cap for hotels to include all taxes and fees. Preferred Lodging: Candlewood Suites Boise – Towne Square an IHG Hotel.Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car/mileage reimbursement. 50/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather.Mileage - IRS Standard Rate to be reimbursed by facility only to be used with personal vehicle not to be used with rental car.Bill Rates Needed for Submission: Malpractice must be included in the rates24 Hour On Call 1800 rate cap to include 6 hours gratis
