Join our dynamic team at Pediatrix Neonatology of Nevada as a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist at Mountain View and Southern Hills Hospitals in Las Vegas, NV. We use a cutting-edge, multidisciplinary approach to enhance patient outcomes in collaboration with pediatric subspecialists. Mountain View offers a 24-bed level III NICU, while Southern Hills features a new 15-bed level III NICU with cardiology and surgery support. Both are part of the Sunrise Health System. We provide teaching and CQI opportunities in a supportive environment, open to new Fellow graduates through 2025 and visa candidates; locum candidates are not accepted. Candidates must be Board Certified in Pediatrics or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and willing to obtain an NV license.

Compensation Details
$250-300k
Our compensation package starts at a base salary of $250,000 for newly graduated Fellows, with potential increases based on experience, as discussed during the interview. Benefits include relocation assistance, health, dental, and vision insurance, and both short- and long-term disability options. Additional perks include a 15% discount on the employee stock purchase program*, a 401k with company match**, and Long Term Care (LTC).
