Family Medicine Physician with Optional Obstetrics in Northern Indiana

Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine Physician with optional OB to join our primary care team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Obstetrics is available
- Hospital employed position
- Joining a well-established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers
- In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care

- Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
- No ER call
- Clinics have a strong community reputation with a loyal patient base
- Access to a full range of specialists within the healthcare system
- Robust onboarding and outreach support with strong clinical staff
- Open to new graduates
- Full-time employment (no locums)
- Must be board-certified and have completed U.S. residency training
