Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – PICU

Responsibilities
Sinai Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (ACPNP) to join our dedicated team caring for critically ill children in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Join a team currently consisting of one full-time PNP, with plans to expand to three. Collaborate closely with two full-time pediatric intensivists.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team in a well-established and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess and manage patients in a six-bed PICU with an average daily census (ADC) of 3–4 patients
- Collaborate with two full-time pediatric intensivists
- Participate in policy and program development
- Flexible shifts ranging from 15 to 24 hours
- Open to both experienced and newly graduating ACPNPs
Qualifications:
- Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and management skills
- Commitment to high-quality, family-centered care
- Work Schedule - Shifts: 15 to 24 hours

- Current APRN national specialty certification
