• Requirements: Board Certified/ Board Eligible. Active WA License* Assignment Duration: 6 months* Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p* Patient Census: 15-20 per shift* Procedures/Reads required: EMG, Botox, Occipital Nerve Injections, Trigger Point Injections
