StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a private practice located just outside of Houston, TX to assist them with the recruitment of another Interventional Cardiologist to join their team. One of the practices 4 Interventional Cardiologists is retiring and the incoming physician will be stepping into his established practice.
Perks and Benefits:
- $700k base salary + production bonus
- 1 year track to partnership with no buy-in
- Earning potential of $1.2 - $1.5 million as a partner
- Sign on bonus
- Opportunity for ASC ownership (provides additional income)
- Robust benefits package to include health, dental, vision, matching 401k, etc.
Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
- Must be board certified or board eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- APPs work with physicians in the clinic and the hospital
- APPs take front line calls for the physicians
- Practice consists of 5 Cardiologists and 5 APPs
- Extremely collegial practice with longstanding partners and excellent support

Compensation Details
$700-1,400k
1 year track to partnership with no buy-in, compensation as a partner is comprised of your personal production + a partner pool, which consists of revenue generated from APPs, PET CT, Nuclear Studies, Vascular Studies, other ancillary services, robust benefits package to include a matching 401k
