Practice Setting
- Inpatient setting with diverse patient age range: neonates to geriatrics
- Multiple sites including a Level II Trauma Center and Critical Access Hospitals
- Supportive medical, administrative, and nursing leadership
Schedule
- Only 5 shifts per month minimum — you pick the dates
- 12 to 24-hour shifts available
- Options for 7x24-hour block scheduling
Cases and Procedures
- Variety of cases including trauma, med-surg, and ICU support
- Procedures include intubations, central lines, and chest tubes
- Run codes, stroke alerts, and rapid response
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Emergency Medicine
- Must be ABEM certified
- Licensed in Pennsylvania or willing to obtain licensure
