Non-Invasive Cardiology Opening with Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and The Zablocki VA Medical Center (ZVAMC)

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is recruiting a Non-Invasive Cardiologist. The position will have a clinical focus within our Academic Practice at Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin (FMCW), and at the Milwaukee ZVAMC.

​

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded clinical cardiologist with good communication skills wanting to be part of a thriving & very collaborative academic practice. Areas of responsibility will include inpatient & outpatient care with ample opportunity for teaching & research.

​

Our academic practice has over 60 cardiologists, and has state of the art equipment & new facilities.  The comprehensive FMCW cardiac program includes a full complement of complex & structural interventions, Advance Heart Failure with vibrant Heart transplant, MCS, ECMO & Shock programs, and complex state of the art EP program.  

​

Initial contributions will be as follows:

• Patient Care: Clinical activities will be primarily focused on clinic & hospital coverage at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI and the Milwaukee ZVAMC
• Research, Teaching, and Scholarly Activities: Opportunities for teaching & research exist with dedicated 20% academic time
• Administration/Service: The candidate will be expected to participate actively in multi-disciplinary conferences
