MedStar Washington Hospital Center is seeking a dual-boarded Critical Care Cardiologist to join our team managing Medical and Surgical CICU patients. In this role, you will join physician-led teams of Cardiology fellows, residents, interns, and critical care-trained APPs. Standard shift expectations for full-time Medical CICU providers is 15 weeks per year. Scheduling is flexible based on individual's clinical preferences for Medical CICU, Surgical CICU, and Cardiology.
During non-clinical weeks, providers are encouraged to participate in departmental activities. MedStar Health offers considerable opportunities in research and leadership development.

Education Training and Experience Required:
- Must be board-certified in both Cardiology and CCM.
- Commitment to clinical excellence is mandatory.
- Broad cognitive and technical skills in the critical care setting is required.
- Ability to communicate well with the medical team and family.
This position has a hiring range of $395,000 - $480,000.

Compensation Details
$395-480k
The hiring range is the range MedStar Health, in good faith, believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
