  • StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a private practice located Colorado Springs, CO to assist them with the recruitment of another EP to join their team. One of the practices 4 EP physicians recently stopped practicing clinical EP, so the incoming physician will be stepping into his established practice.

    Perks and Benefits:

    • $550k base salary + production bonus
    • 2 year track to partnership with no buy-in
    • Earning potential in the 99th percentile
    • $50k sign on bonus
    • Robust benefits package to include health, dental, vision, matching 401k, etc.

    Practice Highlights / Qualifications:

    • Must be board certified or board eligible in Electrophysiology
    • APPs work with physicians in the clinic and the hospital
    • APPs take front line calls for the physicians
    • Practice consists of 23 Cardiologists and 14 APPs
    • Extremely collegial practice with longstanding partners and excellent support
    • Providers in this group enjoy a nice work/life balance with an emphasis on lifestyle

    2 year partnership track with no buy-in, Compensation as a partner is comprised of personal collections + a partner pool, which consists of revenue generated from APPs, PET CT, ASC, and other ancillary services, Full benefits package including 401k with match
